record option is not showing / missing solution
so i am not really asking a question
more a solutiona and to make you all aware of the issue as i know you get asked a lot here by customers
to fix the record button not showing i signed out and signed back in and had to agree to dvr service terms
so the issue is customers are not getting the dvr service agreement terms unless they sign out and back in
and i assume since i restored my tv services that is why it messed up since i had to agree to the terms but was already signed in
so somehow you need to make the terms and service agreement for the dvr show up while signed in
but i also wanted this so customers can find a quick easy solution :)
