Recordings that show up on box do not show up on Roku app until much later

I've been watching Xfinity recordings on my Roku app for years. Just recently, there has been a delay in my recordings showing up in the Xfinity app on my Roku devices. The delay can be several hours.

Thank you for reaching out so we can see what's going on with the availability of your recordings on the Xfinity Stream app. Are you noticing this on any other devices when you check your recordings through the app, or is this just affecting the Roku device? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

user_z99pvq Please verify the model number of each Roku device. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

The problem returned. My devices are a Roku Ultra (Model 4800X, SW Version 15.3) and a Roku Express 4K+ (Model 3941X2, SW version 15.2). The Xfinity app was uninstalled and reinstalled.
