Thank you for reaching out, @user_mp7rfx . Since it's been a few days since you originally posted, are you still experiencing this issue with your Hisense Roku TV? If so, when the cable signal drops and the TV returns to the Roku home screen, does it happen on all channels or only certain ones? Also, have you had a chance to check that the HDMI connection between your Xfinity TV Box and the TV is secure? We'll be happy to help you troubleshoot further if the problem is still occurring. 😊
