ROKU TV Model G000X: TVAPP-00195 Error

Xfinity Stream keeps asking me to reenter my activation code.

The app works well on the website.

Installed the app, and it started up on my Roku TV.

I got the 00195 error, and my Roku showed that "this package is not yet available on this device."

I have an Xfinity Internet account and an Xfinity mobile account.. because of the promotion I got NOW TV.

Thank you for the response and please send us a DM so we can get this fixed. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
