Roku Xfinity app

One of my ruku is not working with the Xfinity app. All channels say to go and it says on not connected to my home network.

Hi there, @user_ffl9ew! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about the trouble with the XFINITY App on your Roku. If this is still happening, have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the XFINITY Stream app and made sure your Roku is up to date?

It’s actually a Roku tv and I did check to make sure all updates were installed.

Thank you for clarifying user_ffl9ew! Does this only happen when attempting to open the Xfinity Stream App? Will the program freeze and kick you back to the home screen? I ask because my Westinghouse Roku will do that occasionally on almost every app(Netflix, Max, Peacock and Xfinity Stream)
