Samsung TV won’t shut off closed caption

With the Xfinity Stream app, you would need to use the remote from your television to navigate to the settings and turn on/off closed captioning. Are you experiencing any issues navigating the menu or accessing the menu to access the Accessibility savings? The remotes closed captioning button may not work as it is for the televisions settings and not the applications settings.
