Shows not completely loading

When we start a new show on our TV using the xfinity app that's up to date, it'll load a couple minutes of the show but not the complete show. When we look at the description, it says the show is an hour long and we are only getting 16 min usually. When I check on my phone using the xfinity app, it loads the complete show.

Hey there, @Jesusg31 thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your streaming issue. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting. Are you only having issues with a specific show or with all shows? Are you getting any error messages?

No error messages, and it usually happens to New episodes. On my phone, they completely load up just issues on the xfinity app on the TV.

@Jesusg31  Is this happening on every show you attempt to watch? Have you tried to delete the app and re-install it?
