Stream app error not connected to home network

I am connected to your network in my home but you keep telling me I'm not and refusing to load the app on my TV. Your incompetence is stunning.

@user_7fjnfy Thank you so much for letting us know you are having issues with your stream app not recognizing you are at home on your home network. We have a great page set up for support for errors when using the Xfinity Stream app. If you check out this page here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/troubleshooting-stream-portal-and-app you can see a few recommendations for the error you are running into check them out!
