Stream app issues location

First I had no local channels. Since last week. ABC - NBC - CBS 

and now none of my tv go channels work. 

used to be able to watch tv out of my home network at camp. 

my iPad and iPhone work fine

but my firestick , fire cube , or Rokus  do not work

now it’s asking for my location.
