Stream App issues

It's not working on fire stick either!! I've tried everything. And miss me with your standard reply cause that's [Edited: "Profanity"] too!! Fix the app!!!! I get the feeling it's a way to force us into a box so let me be clear, I pay too much already and will NOT rent your box. I'll just shut it down! FIX THE STREAM APP!!!!!

The audio drops usually after a commercial. Mostly on CNN & MSNOW. Those are the channels I mostly watch. I uninstall almost daily. Clear cache & data. Signing and out. I turned off allowing Xfinity to pick best channel. I've tried every thing. This is a new Firestick, a couple months old. I have another in my room it works fine. PLEASE HELP!
