Stream Freezes

Streaming freezes up several times while watching different App’s such as Paramount+, Hulu, etc, or freezes up then kicks me out completely and sends me back to regular tv. I’ve checked my modem speed during the freeze times and it says I’m getting ABOVE my normal 100%
This is getting tiresome
