Streaming App Goes to Black Screen after selecting a program

We downloaded the Xfinity Streaming App to our tv. It worked for months without issue; suddenly, whenever we try to select a program the screen just goes black and the program never loads. We can open the app, search, see recordings, etc... 

The app works on other tv's in our home also, so not sure why it's just this TV (which is only two months old) and why this suddenly occurring when the app works fine otherwise?

user_z31ya9 Hi there! Are you still having this issue? You may want to try uninstalling and installing the app again if you have not already done so. Please let us know if it's still not working.

Using Stream on the Windstream network. For 3 weeks watched the FOX News Channel on both an Android Samsung phone and a Samsung A8 tablet, without issue. Yesterday on both devices JUST that Channel is black , all other channels OK.

Uninstalled Stream . Restarted router. Restarted phone. Reinstalled Stream.  Same problem...

FM frigging magic.   All of sudden  , problem gone without any intervention on my part!!
