Streaming App / "Home WIFI" / Home TV and Business Internet

I have a home TV account and would like to use the Streaming app on a couple of my TVs as well as my iPad.  However, when I use the app it tells me I need to be on my "Home WIFI" or else I get the TVtoGo channels.  Interestingly, it (very) sporadically works.  It also (more often than not) sporadically doesn't even give me the option to see ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX.  But I digress.  I have a Comcast business Internet account.  Once, long ago, I was able to link the accounts but the last several times I called about this I was just met with confusion and an inability to get me working.  Anyone know of a way to get this done or a workaround to get this done?  At this point it much less of an issue switching services than paying for a service that doesn't work, yes - very frustrated.

Hi user_35e455, thank you for taking the time to create a post here on our Forum. I love the Stream app too, so I get why you'd want access. Typically, you'll see that error message when you're not connected to your Xfinity home network. Your Comcast Business account can't be linked to your residential services, which is why that home network message pops up. To view your full channel lineup you'd need to be connected to a Xfinity residential internet network. To confirm, you subscribe to internet service through a Comcast Business account?
