Streaming App think I’m not on my home Wifi

I bought a new Roku television. When I set everything up to stream on the Xfinity app. The live TV tells me I’m not on my in-home Wi-Fi. I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but nothing works.

user_bu2wo6 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out. I understand you are having some concerns getting your device to recognize the home connection you are using. Is this the only device that is not working and giving you this error?
