Streaming error TVAPP-00116

I have 2 roku streaming devices with error TVAPP-00116 and have not been able to stream for days. Cloud DVR is also not functioning on any device.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, spoken with customer support who believed they fixes my account, reset wifi, etc. Other streaming apps are working without issue and no issue with internet.
