Hello @user_6ao2bo I am terribly sorry to hear that your streaming keeps freezing. Let's get this figured out for you right away! First, I need to clarify a few details about your situation. 

 

Are you streaming through the Xfinity Stream App, or with some other streaming app? 

 

Are you connected to your personal home Wi-Fi network when the freezing occurs?

Xfinity stream locks up on rouku

3 different sets different models

New Xfinity router

1 set hardwired other wifi 

Latest upgrades to router and television sets

900 mbs download speed

Stream can't keep guide active. Long lag times

Eventually freezes and 🔒 locks

Have to either hard exit to home or reboot TV

Common problem seen on the help boards 

With the new cost increase we are trying to cut cost and turn in our boxes and remotes 

But

Streaming is not an option as it is not functional 

Xfinity could not even support an email app so my guess is that this won't be fixed?

No other issues with any other apps on rouku

Hopefully Xfinity can get this working but it's been 2 years with multiple companies on the net
