Stuck on Downloads screen

My iPhone streaming app is stuck on the Downloads screen. I have reloaded the app and signed out and back in but nothing changes. This issue has been in this forum before but no resolution is listed as solving the problem. Does anyone know of a way to resolve the issue? Thank you

Hey @user_576xo9 thanks for visiting our Xfinity Community Forums for help with your Stream app. Are you still experiencing this issue or were you able to download the app successfully? 

 

Are you referring to the app not fully downloading or on the 'Downloads' section is where the app is not responding/'stuck'?

Same issue. Unresolved. I expect nothing less from Xfinity.
