Trouble with Xfinity Streaming App

I am unable to delete recordings using the Stream app. The TV DVR shows the correct number of recordings while the app shows many more. Any suggestions? I have tried syncing, reinstalling the app, and rebooting the DVR box, several times. This issue is both with my iPad and iPhone. Thanks.

I appreciate you making us aware that you're having issues deleting recordings by using the Stream app. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're having. Just to confirm, do you by any chance have the most updated version to the app on your devices?

The DVR feature may need to be re-synced between the app and your storage. To sync your Xfinity DVR, press the Xfinity button on your remote, go to Settings (gear icon), select Device Settings, and then choose Sync DVR Now. You may want to log out of the app and back in after.
