Tv App quit working

pdqdelivery Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for letting us know about the error you see on your Xfinity TV app so we can help get it working again. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I want to see if this is affecting the app only, or the online site as well. Are you able to sign into the online Streaming portal: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/getting-started-xfinity-tv-website and watch content from there?
