TVapp-00148 Error

I have had this error for t weeks called Xfinity and ws told to buy a new tv (have a Samsumg) - there is nothing wrong with my tv just the actual Xfinity app - How can i get this rectified?

user_2c4s4p We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. That is really strange feedback you received when calling us. Have you tried removing the Xfinity app and reinstalling it on your Samsung TV?
