TVAPP-00165 error message
When trying to sign in to the Xfinity stream app on my Samsung tv I am getting this error. Just started happening after years of working fine. I’m an Xfinity internet and cable/video subscriber. Fix this.

The Xfinity Stream app is no longer available on 2017 Samsung TVs. Have you checked to see if the TV is compatible with the streaming App? If so, is your TV up to date with the latest software?
