TVAPP-00165 error
What's the deal. You guys screwed me over with ALL NBC branded network shows being in HD OnDemand. Now when I try to use the stream app on both an LG smart TV and an Amazon fire stick, I'm getting the following error.

Everything I've read says that I need xfinity TV, which I do, so what am I missing?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
