TVAPP-00252 Error on iPad & iPhone

Only getting error TVAPP-00252 while on 2nd floor of home but still close to router.  Other users in same home does not have this issue.  
Devises do not have this issue outside of home

user_23am83 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Can you confirm that your iPad and iPhone are running the latest firmware and that your Xfinity App is also updated? You may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you still have the same issue, please let us know.
