Unable to activate my disney + hulu

Unable to activate Disney + Hulu free for Xfinity 1 gig subscriber

Troubleshooting done:

1.) visit the website above https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and spam try again (Nothing loads but an error message)
2.) two web browser Firefox and Chrome used (no success)
3.) Created a Disney + Hulu account using my email on file (my comcast email was deactivated so this is my personal email linked to my Xfinity)

4.) Peacock was activate via creating an account, but Disney + Hulu doesnt work after creating account with personal email.

Any Help is appreciated

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing while activating your Disney+ and Hulu account. In most cases, your Disney+ and Hulu subscription credentials should be your Xfinity ID, which is typically your Comcast email address.

 

You should be able to activate the subscription using your Comcast email address, then update the account to use your personal email address afterward.

 

  1. Click Activate now from the email you receive or visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
  2. Enter your Xfinity ID and password, then click Let’s go to sign in to your Xfinity account.
  3. Click Activate next to the subscription.
    • If an activate option doesn’t appear next to the streaming service, your service has already been activated, and you’ll just need to sign in to the Disney+ or Hulu app using your MyDisney credentials to start streaming.
    • Note: Activating one of the apps will automatically activate all Disney apps you are subscribed to. This would include Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited access.
