unable to cancel scheduled recordings
I am unable to cancel scheduled recordings on my DVR via Stream app, Stream website and cable box.
Specifically, this is for the “Just this episode” option during the cancelation process.
This has been a years long, consistent and ongoing issue but has gotten worse within the last 48 hours.
It used to be that the scheduled listing would temporarily delete but would then reappear / reschedule and show up again. Sometimes this would immediately happen, sometimes many hours would pass before reappearance. Now, the scheduled recordings do not delete at all.
Please fix this

Same issue for many months. If i cancel an upcoming recording i can see it flash on the screen to cancel then immediately removes it and continues the scheduled recording.

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a "Direct Message" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
