Xfinity app not working
I have multiple roku tvs and the app is only allowing us to view movies I’ve purchased. It does not give any option to move from purchases. I have done a system restart, I have cleared out the cache, I have made sure that I’m on my Wi-Fi, I have rebooted my modem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Please advise.

I see that you reached out because you have multiple Roku TVs and the app is only allowing you to view movies you purchased and does not give you the option to move from purchases, thank you for letting us know. To confirm, are you experiencing any error codes or messages on the app? Is this happening on all of your Roku TVs? Have you tried any other devices such as a mobile device or tablet?
