Xfinity apps are terrible

Error codes that are completely unhelpful, restrictions that make no sense, just why. Please hire better programmers.

I agree the streaming app keeps crashing every few days. I travel quite a bit so download my shows open up the app. I have to re-sign in for some stupid reason and everything I downloaded is gone

People have busy lives, and if something is not going to work easily it's not something I want to deal with or use, but I know that you put time and effort into downloading those programs, so I want to help out in any way that I can to help make this a better experience. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
