Xfinity Faves on Roku jumped
Why are my selected favorite channels going from the 3-digit to now the 4-digit channels. This happens on both my Sony TV and my LG TV? What happened this time? I don’t want to hear about filtering or anything else like that. It always went to the right place and now it always goes to the wrong place. WHY! I’m so annoyed! Own up to it.

Hello, @user_1ikrwd. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the favorites list. I haven't seen any changes coming through that way. Have you by chance checked the Xfinity Stream app on a mobile device or a cable box to see if the same thing happens? Did this just begin 2 days ago or has it been going on for longer than that?
