Xfinity Remote App no longer showing my recordings
I recently had to swap out my X1 DVR box for a new one due to a "no signal" issue. That problem is solved, but now my Xfinity TV Remote App is no longer showing my recordings. I can see my "scheduled recordings" but "my recordings" says "there are no recordings to watch". I removed the app from my iphone and re-installed it and restarted my iphone but still having the problem. Any ideas on how i fix this?

The Xfinity Remote app only shows recordings on a local true DVR. If your new cable box is not a true DVR, it is relying on cloud recording. Those only show up on the Xfinity Stream app.
