Xfinity Stream app lagging on Samsung TV

Lagging during live TV & DVR playback. No issues when using the app on a Samsung phone or laptop.

Hello @user_qtp6lj. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. Have you checked to make sure the app is up-to-date on your TV? Also do you have a Xumo streaming box as well?

I reinstalled the app last week. No, I do not have Xumo.

No worries @user_qtp6lj!  Can you tell me if you are running into the same issue when you stream on a different device like a cell phone or tablet?
