Xfinity stream app not working on tv after upgrade
I recently upgraded my modem to an approved 3rd party modem and a eero mesh Wi-Fi router. Now, when I launch the xfinity stream app on my tv, I receive a notice telling me I can only stream with this app on my home network. I am however logged in and using my home network.
I was told by an xfinity employee in a store before purchasing my new equipment that as long as my modem was one of the approved 3rd party options, I could use whatever router I wanted. However, it seems like the xfinity stream app isn’t recognizing my mesh network as my home network (at least that’s my assumption).
Can anyone offer some insight on how I can resolve this issue?
