Xfinity stream app not working on tv after upgrade

I recently upgraded my modem to an approved 3rd party modem and a eero mesh Wi-Fi router. Now, when I launch the xfinity stream app on my tv, I receive a notice telling me I can only stream with this app on my home network. I am however logged in and using my home network. 
I was told by an xfinity employee in a store before purchasing my new equipment that as long as my modem was one of the approved 3rd party options, I could use whatever router I wanted. However, it seems like the xfinity stream app isn’t recognizing my mesh network as my home network (at least that’s my assumption). 
Can anyone offer some insight on how I can resolve this issue?

Dan_Van Thank you so much for your post for help with your stream app and your new network set up. I have run into this before with a few custoemrs using the Stream app with out the use of a box. Forgetting the home network and reconnecting was able to resolve this issue in the past on the device that is running into the issue. If you are encoutering this error on an hardwired connection we would definitly need to take a closer look for you. If you are still running into this issue please give that a try and let me know if you are still running into the error.
