Xfinity stream app not working properly.
I am constantly losing audio on channels and the only way it is resolved is to exit the channel. The channel guide does not load properly when I exit a channel either. It reverts to the time frame when I last opened the guide. I have to exit the app completely to get it to load. From what I’ve read here and on other forums this is a problem since stream app was moved out of Beta. I’m about ready to call it quits with xfinity. Other streaming services out there. This issue with the App has been ongoing since last October. I’d like a fix or I’m done.

Hello, @crs1957! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into when it comes to the Xfinity Stream app. Can you provide us with more details like what kind of device are you using the Xfinity Stream app on? Roku, Firestick, mobile device?
