xfinity stream is the only app slow to load on roku TVs - ERROR 500

The Stream app is slow to load on my roku tvs. Not all the time, and different amounts of time. If I am trying to open it during an Eagles game, may take 20 minutes.

Dinner time 5-15 minutes. This is on all of my roku tvs. None of them are old. I have mesh Eero routers. We have High Speed internet. Never had this problem until 3 months ago.

All other apps load and play immediately. I have deleted, reinstalled, and have done all of the advice given in similar posts.

Hello, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope your weekend has been great so far. I appreciate you giving us a shout so we can provide some additional assistance. I see you're using the awesome Xfinity Stream App, which allows you to access all the live content and on-demand options you love. That said, I see you had some trouble starting 3 months ago. 

I understand the app is slow to load on all of your Roku televisions, which are new and have a strong connection. You stated you tested other apps, deleted/reinstalled the Xfinity Stream App, and checked it at various times of the day. I am grateful for all you've done so far. If you open the Xfinity Stream app on other devices like your phone or laptop for example, does this issue replicate there too? Do the Roku TVs have the latest firmware and have completed their last update? Lastly, are all the Roku TVs the same models?
