Also, i cant log in to any other app that relies on Xfinity to verify my account to stream from their app. i.e. I can't open my SyFy, AMC, or FX/Fox, etc... apps to watch content because they receive some version of an "User Not Authorized" when I attempt to login using my TV provider (my Xfinity account) which IS valid, up to date, and includes all the channels included in my Xfinity TV package. It's veen like this at least a month.
Thank you for reaching out to us @jobonewho! For troubleshooting purposes, are you connected to your in-home WiFi network and not using your devices cellular network or the hotspot?
Are you able to reset your password following the steps in this link and then attempt to log in to those apps?
