Xfinity stream TVGO only

Hello - I’m only getting TVGO channels and no local channels when I use xfinity streaming.  I’ve already reset the smart tv, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the xfinity streaming app and I am using in home network.  It works to stream everything except it only offers TVGO for live tv.

Hey @user_zex5yx Are you still experiencing an issue with missing channels on the Stream App?

Yes still having the same issue.  Nobody at Xfinity seems to have any idea on how to fix this.

when I open the xfinity streaming app and select all channels it defaults to TVGO which is missing channels.  It’s not the normal channel guide. It’s a TVGO channel guide.

This has been identified as a known issue, and we do have teams working to correct this via a systems patch, but have no ETA for that right now. I'm experiencing the same issue today.  I'm definitely connected to my home network.  Same device (Samsung Android tablet) I use every day.  No problem with any other devices including Samsung Android phone.  Nothing I've tried has resolved it so far, including toggling filters, restarting app, restarting device.  Streaming works fine, but only TVGO channels are available.
