Xfinity Streaming App Unreliable

The Xfinity Streaming App is not a good app. We’ve been customers since 1989 and switched to streaming about two years ago and it has been a disaster. The internet works beautifully. Nothing done by XFinity technicians has resolved the issue. There are no problems with other apps like YouTube and Prime Video.

The App constantly goes in and out, freezes, etc. it is extremely annoying and we usually end up switching to the stable Apps like YouTube and Prome Video. Not amount of reporting fixes the problem.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken with the app? Is this on your computer, phone or a smart TV?
