xfinity.com/stream not working for a couple days

on any browser or my windows or mac laptop (says to clear cache, doesnt change anything) , stream app not working on roku tv either

my phone apps does work

If you are new to Netflix you would go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-netflix and follow the steps there to activate, if you already have a Netflix subscription go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-netflix If you are new to Peacock go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock if you are a current subscriber go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock if you are a new Apple+ customer go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-apple-tv-plus if you are a current customer you can use the https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-apple-tv-plus link.
