Your app is atrocious

Your streaming app never works to the point I have to just take the cable box from room to room in order to have TV. I am telling everyone to go Verizon. You may pay more, but your products will work. I've been loyal for over a decade but you guys just dont care

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Xfinity Stream app. The point of the app is to be convenient for you and available on multiple devices for ease of use. One option is to get you additional cable boxes, but I would like to troubleshoot your app. Can you tell me if it has ever worked properly for you? If so, when did the issues begin? Do you get an error or message, or what does the app do when it doesn't work?
