2-Year Peacock Premium Subscription - Unable to Activate

Summary: My Xfinity plan includes a two-year Peacock Premium subscription, but I am unable to activate the subscription.


Background: I have been through all of the help articles and multiple rounds with customer service on live chat and on the phone. I was twice told that I would receive a new email with the activation link, and nothing has come through. I was twice told that I would receive a follow-up call or text, and nothing has come through. VERY FRUSTRATING.


The facts:

  • Xfinity plan confirmation email lists 2-year Peacock Premium subscription as "Included".
  • Xfinity StreamStore shows Peacock Premium as "Included".
  • Xfinity.com/Activate-Peacock says my "account isn't eligible".
  • Based on other suggestions, I have tried logging into Peacock with my Xfinity email/password, with no success.
  • I have no separate/prior Peacock account/login.

Please help resolve this issue.
