"400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" on activate-peacock

I am Diamond member trying to activate Peacock - keep receiving "400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" on activate-peacock

user_7pmj9e Thanks so much for reaching out to let us know about the issue you are experiencing. the "400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" error can normally be resolved by clearing your browsers cache and cookies.

When you get that message try logging in using a Private/InPrivate/Incognito window, or clearing the browser's cache and cookies, or another browser.
