60 Minutes on CBS Series Stream sometimes doesn't record

60 Minutes on CBS Series sometimes doesn't record using Xfinity Stream Series record, both new and repeats.

What's weird is if you going into the Series recording info, upcoming episodes, it shows it's currently recording. But nothing shows in the recorded shows. Must be a backend bug only happens sometimes. Maybe because CBS moves up the time if NFL goes long? Please fix!

Hello @southflniceguy, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when a favorite show doesn’t record as expected, especially when everything looks like it’s working. Does this only happen when CBS adjusts the start time?

I don't work for CBS or Xfinity so I don't know if and when they change time of 60 minutes because NFL ran late. I was logically speculating to try and help you fix your back end bug not sure why you are asking a consumer to fix it, you have the back end data and can answer that question I don't have it.

Thanks for sharing this! We’ve seen cases where scheduled recordings don’t appear in the library even though the guide shows “Recording.” This can happen when live events (like NFL games) run long and push back the start time of shows such as 60 Minutes. The system may treat the shifted time as a different airing, which can interfere with Series Record rules.
A few tips that often help:

Check the recording options: Make sure “Record new and repeat episodes” is selected.
Add extra time: If the show often follows live sports, consider setting a manual recording or adding extra time to the end.
