ABC 24/7 live streaming news not working

Over half the time ABC 24/7 live streaming news will not work. All I get is the little spinning circle and then it will say that there was an error. What is going on and how is it corrected.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ABC app, checked for updates. I get an error message A-PE-0MP-DMP-5204

It is when using my Fire Stick, I have done one of those restarts where you unplug it for 1 minute and plug it in. It seems to be working.
