access denied on android app-don't have permission on this server

I lost all my live streaming channels on the Firestick app yesterday and now today the app on phone says access denied. The app on the TV works fine and the guide shows me the free channels, but not the 125 live ones I pay for. Any ideas?

Good evening user_smuhof thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums. We will be happy to assist you with this. Have you already deleted the Xfinity Stream app from your device, and attempted to re-download it?

Yes. Something happened on Thursday where I lost the 125 live streaming channels (still have access to guide with the free ones) on all devices (laptop, TV and smartphone). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on TV and phone, but still cannot get the channels to come back. Since uninstalling on my phone, I now have the access denied. I tried to talk to a few tech people at Xfinity, but they just keep restarting the router and resetting my streaming, both which not change anything as the app itself seems fine. It's like there is a glitch somewhere that is not recognizing that I am paying for the streaming. I should note that my services, internet and streaming, are through NOW and not a contract plan. I have Peacock, Netflix and Apple TV on the same package and they work fine. My internet also seems fine.
