"Account isn't eligble for this peacock offer" Error Message
I am a Xfinity Platinum Rewards Member. Whenever I try to activate my "Get Peacock Premium at No Extra Cost", I click the link, and it then takes me to a page where it says "We're sorry, your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer". I am eligible for the offer though because I have Xfinity Platinum Rewards.
I've tried calling customer support and doing text support; however, neither of the agents through those methods were able to figure it out through basic troubleshooting.
Any help would be much appreciated!

When you log into XFINITY Rewards, are you using your primary or a secondary XFINITY ID to sign in? Also, If you were already subscribed to Peacock before this, you may need to cancel your current plan and wait for your billing cycle to wrap up before activating the new subscription for your reward.
