"Account isn't eligble for this peacock offer" Error Message

I am a Xfinity Platinum Rewards Member. Whenever I try to activate my "Get Peacock Premium at No Extra Cost", I click the link, and it then takes me to a page where it says "We're sorry, your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer". I am eligible for the offer though because I have Xfinity Platinum Rewards. 

I've tried calling customer support and doing text support; however, neither of the agents through those methods were able to figure it out through basic troubleshooting.

Any help would be much appreciated!

When you log into XFINITY Rewards, are you using your primary or a secondary XFINITY ID to sign in? Also, If you were already subscribed to Peacock before this, you may need to cancel your current plan and wait for your billing cycle to wrap up before activating the new subscription for your reward. Just a heads-up to avoid any hiccups. Let us know if you need further assistance with this matter. We’re happy to help!

@user_xubavu Our team is here to help. For our Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards customers, 
You must use your primary Xfinity ID and password to log in to Xfinity Rewards and redeem your Peacock Premium offer. I have a link that goes into locating your primary username at xfinity.com/username.

Once you redeem your offer through Xfinity Rewards, go to the Peacock app and sign in using your Peacock login credentials.

 

Where are you signing up at? Is this through an email or the Xfinity rewards site?

 

If you are an Xfinity Rewards member and have received a special offer for Peacock Premium from the Xfinity Rewards

If you are an Xfinity Rewards member and have received a special offer for Peacock Premium from the Xfinity Rewards website, visit the Xfinity Rewards website to redeem your offer:

1. Log in to your Xfinity Rewards account.
2. Click on the reward titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
3. Choose Get This Reward and follow the steps provided.
4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
5. It may take a few hours to receive the email.
6. If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock
