Adult Subscription

I ordered an adult channel a while back and I can't seem to cancel it online or with the automated support service! What can I do to cancel this?

Hello user_b617f7. Thank you for visiting and posting on our Forum. Our team can assist with the change of service issue you're experiencing. To start, what error are your getting when trying to remove the subscription service online?
