All channels I am supposed to get for free on xfinity streaming are not working and I am paid to date and they worked earlier in the day

My xfinity stream is not working I don't get any of the free channels whatsoever, what goes?

Food Network and HGTV are favorites I can no longer get and I like Deal or No Deal with Howie Mandel which I am not able to get anymore either.  Last Friday morning I could get these channels and more but when tuning in Friday evening I could no longer get anything but Xumo stations.  I wrote online I was willing to get a more expensive plan if it included these favorites I mentioned but they couldn't add and gave me a phone number to call to speak to a live person early this week.  I plan on calling tomorrow because I can't even get local news channels now which bothers me.

@user_8di39x I see, thanks for explaining. Let's check the channels linked to your account. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
