All recordings not showing

This is has been ongoing for months.  The recordings appears sporadically through out the week.  If I recird five shows  I may see 1-3 on the list. My storage is often 20-40%. I see that many people have the same problem, i read their complaints.  When will this problem be resolved.

user_di5znu, Hello! Thank you for taking the time to add to the Xfinity Forums! Have you checked to see if you have a default filter set when viewing your saved recordings? Also, is it random which recordings show?

Having the same issues - started April 9th. Can't use the voice command on my remote, won't work, neither will recorded menu listing --- anyone having the same problems?

For the remote itself, are you noticing any other features not working properly?
