App aspect ratios; multiple commercials, out of focus using Roku sticks and Roku TV

Hello there.

I’m using the xfinity streaming app on both a Roku stick on 1 smart tv and also on a Roku ready tv.  I have removed both apps from both tvs, updated versions, reloaded them and also turned off power to modem to no avail.  They only appear when watching live tv shows.

My issues are becoming more frequent as of late are: 1.  Screen will go to a much larger aspect ratio that only gives the upper left hand corner, (changing the channel and coming back resolves it) 2. When coming back from commercials the screen comes back blurry and takes a couple seconds to refocus, 3. When this happens, some of the commercials repeat themselves 3 times.

These issues are not restricted to any one channel.

To help you further with this issue, I ask that you send me the name and address to your account in a Direct message.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
