app not streaming

virtual assistant is pointless.....i can log onto the app on my laptop but i get the eternal death spin when trying to stream tv. no outages and connection is fine.

I was able to log in. Eternal death spin. I logged off and back on. Same spin. Cleared cache and cookies. No luck. Tried another browser. Same thing. I haven’t had this problem before like this. I’ve been able to log on in the past.

Have you attempted to reboot the modem and the device itself? This may help with a fresh connection.

I can but my device was the only one experiencing the problem. All other devices were working.

Also, I was unable to open this chat from the initial post on my laptop where the problem originated. I’m having to converse on my phone. I found that odd. Like a block was installed of sorts.
