apple streamsaver activation

Apparently like many other Xfinity customers, I'm having a nightmare trying to activate the streamsaver bundle. A rep at a store managed to get me activated to Peacock, but not Apple. According to Xfinity, my Apple + is activated. According to Apple, I'm now subscribed to Apple through Xfinity. Yet when I turn on my TV to Apple, it says I have to sign up for a plan. I'm losing hair over this fiasco. I've yet to try Netflix. Who knows whether that will work.
